Kalisz wafers

The product is known not only by Kalisz people but all over Europe, because since 22 April 2009 Polish wafer is a product registered in EU as protected geographical indication.

The product appeared on page 952 of “the Atlas of food products” recommended in EU countries.

“Wafer expert” Maciej Nowak- well-known food critic, sophisticated cooking flavours specialist stresses the taste values and well-preserved tradition in the production of our wafers in the interview in the program “Dzień dobry TVN.”
